This year’s Houston Christmas parade is 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14. The parade theme organized by the Houston Area Chamber of Commerce is “Magical Christmas Lights.”

The annual Houston Christmas Tree Lighting is 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, in the downtown business district.

The tree is at Downtown Houston’s Lone Star Plaza at Grand Avenue and Pine Street. It will be lit after the Houston Christmas Parade by a special guest, organizers said.
