A 29-year-old Salem resident was killed early Sunday in a motorcycle accident on Highway 32, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
The man was traveling westbound when his 2008 Harley Davidson Sportster 883 lost control in a curve and traveled off the left side of the highway at about 12:54 a.m.
The man, who was not identified as part of a patrol policy that releases no names on accident reports, was pronounced dead by Dent County Coroner Ben Pursifull.
Next of kin has been notified. The motorcycle has extensive damage.
