Six Houston High School football players have received 2024 All-District recognition.

Following the Class 2 District 4 Tournament, HHS seniors Jordan Arthur (wide receiver), Brayden Richardson (defensive line) and Maleki Morgan (tight end) were named to the All-District First Team.  

Making the second team were senior Bryson Jordan (linebacker) and juniors Mason Dodson (offensive line) and DJ Riley (defensive back).

The Tigers played twice in the district tournament, winning 40-32 at Ava in the first round and then falling at Liberty in the semifinals, 42-0.

Houston finished the season at 6-5 and went 3-4 in South Central Association conference play.
