In its latest report, the Cabool Police Department listed a range of activities, including traffic stops and responses to local incidents.

The department reported 10 traffic stops resulting in four summons issued.

At about 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 15, Crystal Linkous was driving a 2011 Ford turning east onto Summit Street from Rogers Avenue and struck a 2017 Dodge driven by Elnor Weber, who was at a stop sign on Summit Street, officers said. No injuries were reported.

In total, police handled one accident, three animal complaints, two civil matters, one domestic violence call, two juvenile matters, one peace disturbance, assisted other agencies twice and assisted the public twice.

The fire department was dispatched nine times.
