Illness has closed the Licking School District.
Due to increasing numbers of students and staff absent due to illness resulting in low attendance and staffing shortages, the school district is closed today, Jan. 30, and Friday, Jan. 31.
“Efforts are underway to deep clean and sanitize buildings in preparation for students to return to school on Monday, Feb. 3,” the district said in a statement.
