The National Weather Service said residents should prepare for a blast of Arctic temperatures to arrive this weekend, lasting through Tuesday.
It said confidence is high that temperatures will remain below freezing with wind chills below zero at times. Chance of precipitation is below 20 percent during this cold snap.
