A boil water advisory that was issued for Texas County Public Water Supply District No. 1 has been lifted, officials said Friday afternoon.
The area includes customers living on Highway 17 from Thomas Drive in Plato to Highway AA junction in Bucyrus. This also included Highway AW in Plato, Highway 32 from Roby to Plato, Highway 32 from the Success junction to Mason Bridge, Highway AP in Success and Plato, Highway M in Success and Highway AN in Success.
The district said samples that were tested by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources detected no signs of contamination.
