The Houston Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting bids for property on North U.S. 63, according to the organization.
The chamber is taking bids on the “ball field property,” which is 28.82 acres within the city limits.
cThose interested can submit sealed bids to Morgan Patterson, chamber president, by Feb. 28. All bids above the reserve minimum will be considered. The chamber reserves the right to refuse any and all bids that do not meet its expectations, officials said.
