HIGHWAY 181 CLOSES
MoDOT says Highway 181 from Cabool to Highway AM in Howell County is closed due to road conditions. (5:36 p.m.)
TCMH ANNOUNCES CLINIC SCHEDULES
All TCMH clinics — Houston, Mountain Grove, Cabool and Licking — closed at noon today due to anticipated severe winter weather and remain closed tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 19.
– Hutcheson Pharmacy closed at noon today, Tuesday.
– Dr. Youlo’s outpatient clinic will be closed on Wednesday, Feb. 19.
– The outpatient surgery clinic closed at noon today, Tuesday, Feb. 18.
The hospital will contact affected patients to discuss any necessary scheduling changes.

STORM SHELTER TO OPEN
The Houston Storm Shelter will soon open, it was announced, for those seeking warmth amid extreme cold. It is situated at Pine and First streets in Houston.

RAYMONDVILLE RESCHEDULES
The Raymondville PAT event that was originally scheduled for Wednesday afternoon has been rescheduled for 4-5 p.m. March 4.
FOOD PANTRY CLOSED
The Texas County Food Pantry on East Highway 17 is closed.
MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY-WEST PLAINS
Classes are canceled, and it will be a virtual learning day.
SUCCESS SCHOOL CLOSED
The Success School will not hold classes Thursday.
HEALTH DEPARTMENT CLOSED
Texas County Health Department will be closed Tuesday, Feb. 18. All WIC appointments will be moved to next Tuesday, Feb. 25.
NO CLASSES AT HOUSTON
The Houston School District will be closed. Houston Head Start also is not in session.
RAYMONDVILLE EAGLES ADJOURN
There will be no school at Raymondville.
SUMMERSVILLE ADJOURNS
It will be AMI No. 4 for the Summersville District.
CABOOL BULLDOGS ADJOURN
The Cabool School District will be closed. Cabool Head Start is closed.
COLLEGE IN HOUSTON TO CLOSE
Texas County Technical College will not hold closes.
LICKING SCHOOLS CLOSE
The Licking School District and Licking Head Start will be closed.
FORT WOOD TO SUSPEND OPERATIONS TUESDAY
Due to forecasted weather, normal operations on Fort Leonard Wood for Tuesday, Feb. 18, have been suspended for all personnel who are not critical and or essential as previously identified by their supervisors
PLATO SCHOOLS, ITS DAYCARE CLOSED
Classes will not be in session Tuesday, Feb. 18, at Plato. The daycare also will be closed.
