A High Wind Watch and High Wind Advisory have been issued for Friday for strong and potentially damaging non-thunderstorm winds in Texas County.
A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued for dangerous fire conditions on Friday into Friday night.
Strong to severe thunderstorms remain in the forecast for Friday as well, said the National Weather Service.
