A community project is ready to grow at Houston’s Emmett Kelly Park.
“Rickie the Rock Snake” has appeared at the park, which is at Fourth and Chestnut streets.
The project is simple: Paint a rock and add it to the development of the snake, Rickie. Organizers say you can find it past the metal park bench stretched out by the sidewalk.
