Members of the Texas County Commission handled several matters during meetings April 2 and 3.

Members:

  • Signed a proclamation for CASA of South Central Missouri for child abuse awareness.
  • Spoke with the county’s IT provider about county email and technology services.
  • Were informed that vehicles at the sheriff’s department have been damaged due to a recent hailstorm.
  • Spoke to the collector on the tax maintenance fund.
  • Received a request from the collector to waive penalties on county taxpayers due to an office error.
