A 19-year-old Cabool driver was injured late Friday afternoon in an accident about one mile east of his hometown on U.S. 60, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. Nathan Poynter said a westbound 2016 Dodge Journey ran off the left side of the roadway, struck the ditch and returned back to the highway.
The driver, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken with minor injuries by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston.
The vehicle had minor damage.
