In its latest report, the Cabool Police Department listed a range of activities, including traffic stops and responses to local incidents.
The department reported 25 traffic stops resulting in 16 summons and nine warnings issued. Two warrant arrests were made. Two summons for non-traffic offenses were issued.
On May 12, a two-vehicle accident occurred in the parking lot of Town & Country Supermarket. A 2011 Buick operated by Frank Paul, of Cabool, backed into a parked 2004 Peterbilt dump truck, officers said.
In total, police handled one accident, one alarm, eight animal complaints, three civil matters, one domestic violence call, two juvenile matters, one mental instability incident, one stealing/theft incident, assisted other agencies seven times and assisted the public 13 times.
The fire department was dispatched six times.
