HHS class of 2025 to receive diplomas; valedictorian and salutatorian announced

Houston High School will hold its commencement ceremony at 8:30 p.m. Saturday at Tiger Fieldhouse. 

Several awards and scholarships will be presented. Valedictorian is Kristen Ely and salutatorian is Brody Adkison.

GRADUATIONS HAPPENING IN CABOOL, PLATO

Cabool High School seniors will begin graduation ceremonies at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 11 in the Cabool High School gymnasium. 

The class will graduate 37 seniors, with Alyssa Long, salutatorian; and Mary Taff, valedictorian, addressing their classmates. 

Plato High School will hold ceremonies starting at 7 p.m. Friday, May 9 in the New Gym. The 36 seniors are led by Valedictorian Lailani Turner and Salutatorian Kaspian White.
