A man from Licking was charged Sunday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Cody A. Jones, 34, of Licking, is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, having no insurance, failing to signal and not wearing a seat belt.
He was released at the scene in Phelps County, the patrol said.
