Frankie LaVonne Topping was born on May 12, 1954, in Licking, Missouri. She was the daughter of Betty Faye Mitchell and Earl Frank Mansfield. She passed away on June 17, 2025, in Houston, Missouri.
Frankie was known for her infectious smile and heartwarming personality. Her faith in humanity was untouched as she always saw the best in each and every person.
Frankie was a wonderful wife, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. Although Frankie will be missed, we know that she is enjoying the beauty of Heaven and is reunited with her loved ones.
Frankie was a precious gift to this world, one which we are honored to have received.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a.m. July 8, 2025, at the Old City Park on Maple Avenue in Licking. Please wear something purple if you are able to attend.
