Dairy Day 2025 is a completely free event that will include face painting, historic posters, a homemade ice cream contest, butter making, free ice cream, free milk samples, games with prizes, free hotdogs, live dairy cows and live music! Intercounty Electric Cooperative Movie Night is also a free event that includes snacks and refreshments proudly sponsored by Simmons Bank and West Plains Bank and Trust Company, Houston Branch. Remember to bring your lawn chairs and/or a blanket, we are excited to see you and your family both nights. #communitystrong

- Friday, July 4 – July 4 Parade of Patriotism Lights up Main Street – lineup at 4:30 p.m., parade starts at 5 from Kabul Nursing Home down Main Street ending at Texas County Library – Sign up information on our Facebook page – Cabool Chamber of Commerce
- 6 p.m. to dark Friday, July 4 – Block Party – Food Trucks, Snow Cones, Vendors, Watermelon Seed eating contest, turtle race and much more
