A Licking man is charged with failing to register as a sex offender.
Brandon Hudson of Licking is charged with the class E felony.
A county deputy said Hudson failed to register as part of an every 90-day requirement. He failed to do so by May 12.
The deputy said Hudson has four felony convictions. He was arrested Friday, June 13.
