A Mountain Grove man faces a trio of charges following his arrest Tuesday night in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Robby T. Wallis, 32, is charged with misdemeanor DWI, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and wearing no seat belt.
He was released for medical treatment, the patrol said.
