Troop G of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 2-year-old girl who ran into the path of a vehicle was killed Tuesday.
The tragedy occurred on private property off Missouri F at Eminence, the patrol said, and involved a 2017 Chevrolet Suburban driven by a 37-year-old woman.
The child was pronounced deceased by Shannon County Allen Ford at 6:06 p.m.
It is the 13th fatality in Troop G this year, compared to seven in 2024.
