Two people are charged after weapons were brandished in Emmett Kelly Park in Houston.
A woman reported to Houston police that a firearm and baseball bat were used to threaten her while she was sitting under a park pavilion on Thursday, June 19.
Luis Sagastume, born in 2006, is charged with unlawful use of a weapon, a class E felony; and fourth-degree assault, a misdemeanor. Court records say he is not a resident of the United States. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
Daniel J. Kirkland, born in 2007 and living on Morton Road, is charged with unlawful use of a weapon, a class E felony; and fourth-degree assault, a misdemeanor. His bond is set at $1,500 cash.

Why don’t they deport him
They certainly should turn him over to ICE if he’s here illegally.
He is bragging to his friends once he gets his paycheck, he is out of here. I believe that is $200 for a $2000 bond.
