Members of the Texas County Commission handled several matters during meetings July 9 and 10.
Members:
- Reviewed and approved a contract with MARCO for printer services.
- Reviewed and approved a liquor license for Cabool Retail LLC, dba Galaxy Liquor & Smokes.
- Discussed Title III money with the sheriff.
- Reviewed and acknowledged the hiring of Jonathan Durney as a full-time deputy collector/treasurer effective July 16.
- Discussion concerning a municipal court and probate court decision involving an indigent client with the prosecuting attorney.
