Cox College in Springfield recently announced the promotion of Raquel (Ward) Morrow, EdD, LPC, to vice president of academic and student affairs. 

“Dr. Morrow brings a wealth of experience and expertise in curriculum design, accommodations and counseling,” said Cox College President Dr. Sonya Hayter. “She holds a doctorate in Higher Education Administration and will be a valuable resource for us over the next two years as we enter this next chapter.” 

In Dr. Morrow’s previous role, she led key student support initiatives and made significant contributions to academic growth and engagement. 

She is a 1986 graduate of Houston High School and is the daughter of Rose Ward.
