Several individuals won credits at Intercounty Electric Cooperative Association’s recent annual meeting.
A committee in April selected three nominees to the board of directors: Regina Zervos, north district; Matthew A. Duncan, central district; and Charles M. “Chuck” Manier, south district. Two bylaw issues also were on the ballot: Allowing for secure, online voting as a method for members to cast votes at the annual meeting and allowing the district to also publish its unclaimed capital credits online in addition to a printed version and allowing the cooperative Charitable and Educational Foundation to use unclaimed funds to support members and communities.
“We had 796 members register,” said Heather Kidwell, director of communications. “All three directors were reelected and both bylaws were passed by the membership.”
