Four persons were injured — including a Cabool woman — Friday afternoon in a U.S. 63 accident about three miles south of Willow Springs, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.

Tpr. Benjamin Swink said an eastbound 2005 Ford F-150 driven by a 36-year-old Mountain Grove man pulled into the path of a southbound 2008 Ford Edge operated by a 63-year-old Eagle Lake, Florida, woman at about 2:49 p.m.

The Mountain Grove man, a 37-year-old Cabool woman, the Florida driver and her passenger, a 59-year-old Decatur, Alabama, woman, were taken by ambulances to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains.

Both vehicles had extensive damage, and everyone was wearing a seatbelt.

Assisting at the scene were MSgt. Thomas Meyer and MSgt. Christopher Kimes.
