A Texas County traffic stop Wednesday led to drug charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Bradley M. Culley, 40, of Norwood, is charged with felony trafficking of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failing to drive on the right half of the roadway and wearing no seatbelt.
The patrol said Culley was processed and released.
