A tractor-trailer incident that closed West Route 17 at Bryan Street in Houston has been cleared.
The driver – who was turning off Route 17 onto Bryan Street – was unaware of where Rod’s Auto Farm & Ranch was located when he turned too tight, ending up in the ditch. The trailer was fully loaded at 44,379 pounds.

Responding to the scene was Houston Fire Department, Houston Police Department, City of Houston electric and water crews, Cantrell’s Towing and Jay’s Towing.

I wonder if the trailer has a “How’s my driving?” notice on it with the 800 number to call. I’m just trying to make light of something that really isn’t funny at all. I hope nothing got too torn up and everything is back to normal.
