Welcome to this month’s edition of the chamber chatter newsletter! We are excited to share updates on upcoming events, recent business highlights and important news affecting our local economy and community.
- Farm Fest takes place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Sept. 12 and 13 at the chamber grounds.
- Homecoming is Friday, Sept. 19.
- The Cabool Community Foundation Bulldog BBQ Festival is 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20 in downtown.
- Cabool City Council meets at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22.
- The chamber luncheon is at noon Tuesday, Sept. 23 at First Baptist Church.

All proceeds from the Community Foundation barbecue fundraiser go toward the CCF Community Betterment Grants, which are funds distributed back into Cabool nonprofit organizations to support their pursuit of meaningful projects and initiatives. If you are interested in competing, or have a brewery, drink truck or frozen refreshments and would like to set up, please contact the CCF Facebook page.
We want to bring Farm Fest back as one of our favorite community traditions and we would love for you to be a part of it. We have numerous different vendors, food trucks, beer and wine garden, live music and entertainment, radio and news, kids zone, cattle working and hometown hospitality at its best.
