A Cabool man faces several charges following his arrest Saturday afternoon in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.

Devon C. Rodriguez, 27, is charged with felony first-degree assault, two counts; felony endangering the welfare of a child, two counts; felony unlawful possession of a weapon – unlawful possession of a firearm; felony resisting arrest for a felony, felony first-degree property damage, misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor careless and imprudent driving and misdemeanor failure to properly affix a license plate.

He is held in the Texas County Jail.
