Jason Judd, 42, is charged with both felony and misdemeanor counts after he was seen sitting in the bleachers close to the football field and within distance of children at about 8:10 p.m.

Cash bond is set at $1,000. He must submit to GPS monitoring.

Court records show that Judd entered a guilty plea in January 2007 to felony second-degree statutory rape stemming from an October 2006 case in Christian County.

In March 2022, he entered a guilty plea to first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, creating a substantial risk – sexual conduct. That was related to Stone County events occurring around January 2016, according to documents.
