A Houston man is charged with three offenses following charges by the Texas County prosecutor’s office.
Greggory A. Miller, born in 1976, is charged with driving while revoked/suspended, felony; and DWI and having no insurance.
The charges stem from a Missouri State Highway Patrol stop on U.S. 63 that occurred on July 3.
Bond is set at $1,500 cash only. The charges were filed Sept. 19.
