A Houston man is accused of assaulting a woman following an investigation by the Houston Police Department.

Court documents outline the case against Jeffrey L. Hamilton, born in 1986, who is charged with five counts of second-degree domestic assault, all class D felonies. The alleged incidents are detailed this year on Feb. 1, March 1, May 1, May 29 and June 16.

In the HPD report completed on July 9, the investigation was aided by the victim and two witnesses. All five incidents allege physical abuse.

Charges were filed Monday, Sept. 15. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. He is in the Texas County Jail.

  1. Yeah and he’s going to do it again because nobody will take him seriously. I tried to press abuse charges and has proof but the proof “wasn’t enough” he’s abusive to woman and children and needs to be put away for good.

  2. You say nobody will take it seriously, but nobody takes it serious because of you. You claim he does all these things to you, but yet whenever something goes on in your life you run straight to him… That doesn’t make sense. Maybe if you stayed away from him nothing would happen.

  3. I don’t run to him when something happens, I have hope that he will cha grand try to give him chances. Kloe you’re a child who doesn’t know what’s going on and needs to stay in a child’s lane and out of people’s business. I don’t “claim” anything, it’s a simple as it DID happen.
