A mechanical issue caused an electricity problem on Wednesday for some customers in Texas County.
Intercounty Electric Cooperative Association reported a North Mountain Grove Substation had an issue resulting in loss of power at 4:28 p.m.
As part of that repair, the Fairview and Dunn substations were temporarily taken down. Sho-Me Power Electric Cooperative deployed to the North Mountain Grove Substation, and power was later restored.
Intercounty thanked customers for their patience.
