A fugitive wanted in Louisiana was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Alex J. Fabre, 48, of Bourg, La., was sought on a felony warrant for extortion from Terrebonne Parrish, La.
He is held with no bond in the Texas County Jail.
