Houston High School is hosting a ‘Pink Out’ for pregnancy and infant loss during Thursday’s home football game against Ava. Proceeds will benefit the family of HHS teacher Anthony Newsome.

Fans are encouraged to wear pink and blue. Ribbons will be available for purchase. After the first quarter, a bucket will be passed through the stands for donations.

At halftime, participants in the Little Tiger Cheer Camp will perform.

Anyone wishing to assist with coordinating the event or making contributions should contact HHS cheer coach Veronica Douglas at vdouglas@houston.k12.mo.us.

Kickoff is 7 p.m. The Tigers are 3-2 and 2-1 in the SCA.
