The Cabool police department conducted 21 traffic stops that resulted in seven summonses issued and one arrest was made for non-traffic offenses.

Officers investigated an Oct. 6 call involving two vehicles colliding in the Town & Country Supermarket parking lot. No injuries were reported.

On Oct. 7, officers responded to a two-vehicle accident where one ran into the rear of another on Highway M. The driver of the vehicle that ran into the other was transported to a hospital with minor injuries.

In total, police handled two accidents, four animal complaints, two civil matters, three domestic violence calls, one mental instability incident, one peace disturbance, one stealing/theft incident, one warrant arrest and assisted other agencies three times.
