An accident Thursday afternoon east of Elk Creek injured one person, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
A 19-year-old Pineville man was operating an eastbound 2006 BMW 328i that ran off the right side of Highway H and struck two trees, the state patrol said.
The man was taken by ambulance with minor injuries to Texas County Memorial Hospital. The vehicle had extensive damage.
