A Halloween event is planned Oct. 31 in downtown Houston, organizers said this week.
“Houston Halloweentown” runs from 6 to 7:30 p.m. All activities are slated on Main Street, Pine Street, First Street and Lone Star Plaza at Grand Avenue and Pine Street.
The event is hosted by Mean Muggin’ Coffee Bar.
