A Houston man is charged with third-degree domestic assault, a class E felony, following an Oct. 28 incident in Houston.
Colton Scheets, of Houston, who was born in 2006, is charged. According to a police report, a witness said a victim was not allowed to leave a bedroom and when she forced her way by Scheets, he allegedly pushed her, grabbed her hair and pulled it. Police said a portion was captured on video. Scheets is also charged with third-degree kidnapping, a misdemeanor.
Scheets was served a warrant and posted a $1,500 cash bond.
