People in Texas County are hurting to pay their farm payments, car and truck payments, groceries are out of sight, gas and diesel are still high and utilities are uncontrolled, this has got to stop! Good folks of Texas County are hurting to say the least, this tax transferred over will be a burden to all that own a home and have utilities.
I question as to why they only came out with this grand plan just days ago and called a special election. We went door to door yesterday and no one knew about this special election that is costing our county thousands of dollars to put on.
