A man from Licking was arrested on three charges Tuesday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Jeremy J. Baldridge, 41, is charged with felony tampering with a motor vehicle, misdemeanor DWI – drugs and careless and imprudent driving.
He is held in the Texas County Jail.
