A Cabool Police Department investigation led to three charges against a man, including an aggravated DWI offense, triggered by four previous convictions.
Ryan D. Harman, born in 1987, was observed Oct. 28 in a vehicle in a drainage ditch between U.S. 63’s off-ramp and U.S. 60. Another officer reported he had clocked the vehicle earlier traveling at 105 miles per hour before he lost sight of it.
According to a report, testing showed Harman was intoxicated.
Harman, a St. Louis resident, also is charged with driving while revoked/suspended and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.
According to a report, Harmon had DWI convictions on his driving record — November 2005 in Winona, February 2012 in Howell County, August 2012 in Howell County and April 2013 in Shannon County.
He was transported to the Texas County Jail. Bond is set at $3,000 cash only.
