The Texas County clerk’s office is open this morning (Saturday, Nov. 1) for absentee balloting for Tuesday’s election.
Hours are 8 a.m. until noon on the top level of the Texas County Administrative Center on Grand Avenue in Houston.
There are two county-wide issues on Tuesday’s ballot.
