A Houston man was charged Thursday night following an accident west of his hometown, the Missouri State Highway said.
Jeffrey S. Turnbough, 57, was charged with felony DWI – persistent offender and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway following an accident at Route 17 and Highway Z.
The patrol said Turnbough was cited and released.
Members of the Houston Rural Fire Department and Texas County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene.
