Between Oct. 27 and Nov. 2, the Houston Police Department responded to 209 calls for service and initiated 32 traffic stops, resulting in 13 citations and 27 warnings.
- On Oct. 27, officers arrested Daniel Deluca, 26, of Houston, on an active Texas County warrant per charges leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash, driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked. Deluca was transported to the Texas County Jail, where he was incarcerated due to the warrant having no bond.
- On Oct. 27, officers responded to the 100 block of Redbud Drive for a theft. Following an investigation, two suspects were identified, and the stolen property was recovered. A report was forwarded to the Texas County Prosecutor for formal charges.
- On Oct. 27, officers cited Sean Welch, 39, of Houston, for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator’s license.
- On Oct. 28, officers cited Lonnie R. Quick, 38, for first-degree trespassing at a business in the 1400 block of S. Sam Houston Boulevard.
- On Oct. 28, officers responded to the 700 block of Sommerfield Drive for a domestic disturbance. Following an investigation, officers arrested Colton R. Scheets, 18, of Houston, for third-degree domestic assault and third-degree kidnapping. A warrant was issued later with a $1,500 bond.
- On Oct. 30, officers arrested James L. Hatcher, 46, on an active Howell County warrant per charge possession of a controlled substance. Hatcher was transported to the Texas County Jail, where he was incarcerated after being unable to post the $5,000 bond.
- On Oct. 30, officers arrested Jason Hall, 43, of Houston, on an active Texas County warrant per charge stealing $750 or more. Hall was transported to the Texas County Jail, where he was incarcerated after being unable to post the $1,500 cash-only bond.
- On Oct. 30, officers received a report of a theft from a business in the 100 block of W. Main Street. The investigation is ongoing.
- On Oct. 30, officers received a report from a citizen regarding a scam from a fraudulent business. The investigation is ongoing.
- On Oct. 30, officers cited Serena D. Glascock, 50, of Houston, for driving while intoxicated.
- On Oct. 31, officers responded to the 300 block of Pine Street for a domestic disturbance. A 39-year-old female fled the scene in a vehicle and was stopped a few blocks away. The female was arrested for driving while intoxicated, fourth-degree domestic assault and resisting arrest. A report was forwarded to the Texas County Prosecutor for formal charges.
- On Oct. 31, officers cited Victoria M. Waldrup, 37, of Licking, for driving while revoked.
- On Oct. 31, officers responded to a motor vehicle crash on U.S. 63, near Holder Drive. No injuries were reported.
