Between Nov. 17 and 23, the Houston Police Department answered 200 calls for service and initiated 26 traffic stops, resulting in six citations and 23 warnings.

  • On Nov. 17, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of North Street for a domestic assault. Upon arrival, it was found that there had been a physical altercation between Aaron Taylor, 33, of Houston, and a 31-year-old female. Taylor was arrested and taken to the Texas County Jail, where he was incarcerated and later charged by the Texas County Prosecuting Attorney with second-degree domestic assault. Investigation is ongoing.
  • On Nov. 17, Shasta Allphin, 37, of Houston, was arrested on a Texas County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Allphin was incarcerated in the Texas County Jail with a $1,500 cash bond. 
  • On Nov. 17, Justin Wilcox, 33, of Houston, was arrested on a Texas County warrant for receiving stolen property. Wilcox was incarcerated in the Texas County Jail with a $3,000 cash bond.
  • On Nov. 17, Amber Henderson, 28, of Houston, was arrested on a Texas County warrant for receiving stolen property. Henderson was incarcerated in the Texas County Jail with a $2,500 cash bond.
  • On Nov. 18, officers received a report of an intoxicated driver near the 600 block of South Grand Avenue. Officers located the vehicle and made contact with the driver, identified as Roxy Mayer, 60, of Licking. After investigation, Mayer was found to be impaired and was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Mayer was incarcerated in the Texas County Jail on a 12-hour hold and cited for driving while intoxicated. 
  • On Nov. 18, Lora Shoemaker, 65, of Houston, was arrested on a Texas County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Shoemaker was incarcerated in the Texas County Jail on a $2,000 cash bond.
  • On Nov. 18, Christopher Sutphin, 65, of Houston, was arrested on a Texas County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Sutphin was incarcerated in the Texas County Jail on a $2,000 cash bond.
  • On Nov. 18, Heidi Jurey, 57, of Houston, was arrested on a Texas County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Jurey was incarcerated in the Texas County Jail on a $2,000 cash bond.
  • On Nov. 19, 2025, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Skyview Terrace for a domestic dispute. During the investigation, it was found that there had been a verbal altercation between a 28-year-old male and a 28-year-old female. Both parties agreed to separate for the evening.
  • On Nov. 19, officers were contacted by a 28-year-old female advising her ex-boyfriend was harassing her and threatening to cause her harm and burn down her apartment. The following day, officers located Jacob Evans, 28, and took him into custody. Evans was taken to the Texas County Jail, where he was incarcerated and later charged by the Texas County Prosecuting Attorney with first-degree stalking.
  • On Nov. 20, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Chestnut Terrace for a theft. During the investigation, it was found that an electric bicycle valued at $1,800 had been stolen. Investigation is ongoing. 
  • On Nov. 20, Brandon Rutz, 33, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant. Rutz was incarcerated in the Texas County Jail without bond.
  • On Nov. 20, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Skyview Terrace for the report of property damage to an apartment. Investigation is ongoing. 
  • On Nov. 21, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Ozark Street for a domestic dispute. During investigation, it was found that there had been a verbal altercation between a 70-year-old female and a 41-year-old male. Both parties agreed to separate for the evening.
  • On Nov. 22, an officer conducted a traffic stop following a lane violation. During the stop, it was found that the driver, Matthew Bradley, 59, of Thayer, was impaired. Officers received consent to search the vehicle and located approximately 59 grams of methamphetamine. Bradley and the passenger, Daniel Knaub, 43, of Metamora, Illinois, were arrested and incarcerated in the Texas County Jail. The Texas County Prosecuting Attorney charged Bradley with first-degree drug trafficking, possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated, and Knaub with first-degree drug trafficking and possession of a controlled substance. 
  • On Nov. 22, officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of South Sam Houston Blvd for the report of a theft. During the investigation, Robert Peterman-Faupel, 25, was identified as the suspect. Peterman-Faupel was issued a citation for stealing under $750.
  • On Nov. 22, officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of South Sam Houston Blvd for a suspicious subject. During investigation, the officer contacted a 37-year-old female, who was in possession of a controlled substance. The substance will be sent to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Laboratory for testing. Investigation is ongoing. 
  • On Nov. 23, officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of South Sam Houston Blvd for the report of a peace disturbance. During the investigation, it was found that Trever Neeley, 20, was visibly intoxicated and in possession of alcohol. Neeley was cited for minor in possession of alcohol. 
  • On Nov. 23, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of North Grand Avenue for the report of a peace disturbance. During the investigation, the suspect was identified as Maggie Mlynczak. Mlynczak was issued a citation for peace disturbance.
