Between Nov. 3 and 9, the Houston Police Department responded to 181 calls for service and initiated 44 traffic stops, resulting in 10 citations and 34 warnings.

  • On Nov. 3, officers responded to Bryan Street, near Maple Street, for a vehicle striking an overhead cable.
  • On Nov. 4, officers responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle crash on U.S. 63, near Holder Drive. Both drivers sustained minor injuries in the crash. 
  • On Nov. 5, a juvenile was referred to juvenile authorities after they were found to be in possession of marijuana.
  • On Nov. 6, officers cited Elysia Turrubiates, 20, of Houston, for allowing an animal to run at large.
  • On Nov. 7, officers arrested Dennis A. Salley, 35, of Rolla, on active Phelps County and Rolla Municipal warrants for failure to register a motor vehicle. Salley was transported to the Texas County Jail.
  • On Nov. 8, officers cited Triten J. Lee, 23, of Houston, for driving while revoked.
