One person was charged Sunday afternoon with two offenses in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Levi J. Wilson, 41, of Kansas City, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated (prior offender) and speeding.
He was taken to the Cabool Police Department to be held, the patrol said.
