A Summersville man who was wanted on a U.S. Marshals Service warrant on a drug charge was arrested Monday afternoon in Howell County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Brian K. Smith, 55, was arrested on a felony possession of drug paraphernalia charge and on the federal warrant on a selling amphetamine offense.
He was processed and released to the U.S. Marshals Service.
